A Commitment to Advancing
Health, Equity, and Leadership Across Alabama
The Albert Schweitzer Fellowship of Alabama is part of a national network of programs preparing the next generation of leaders in health and service. Together, we’re building a pipeline of emerging professionals equipped with the skills, vision, and commitment to tackle unmet health needs and advance equity.
Each year, Alabama Schweitzer Fellows are selected through a highly competitive process from graduate and professional schools across the state. These students share a passion for creating meaningful change and work alongside communities to address Alabama’s most pressing health challenges.
